Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in FIR No.532 dated 20.07.2023 (P-1), under Sections 21b of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City Hansi, District Hisar.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Uday Bhan, has apprised the Court that the petitioner is in custody in case FIR No.806 dated 19.10.2023, under Sections 21B, 27A and 61 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City Hansi, District Hisar.
