**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) As the petitioner is a habitual offender, I am not inclined to grant the concession of regular bail to the petitioner. In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed. However, keeping in view the custody undergone by the petitioner, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than six months from the next date fixed before it.
