The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.129 dated 17.06.2025, registered under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sadar, Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required in this case. He has further contended that no amount was received in lieu of sending complainant abroad, and amount of Rs.1,00,000/- was received in lieu of seeds sold by the petitioner to a client. 3.

Learned State counsel submitted that in the FIR, the aforesaid allegation regarding the amount being received by the petitioner has been GEETA RANI 2025.11.10 15:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh

CRM-M-38909-2025 (O&M) ( 2 ) made, but there is no document to support the said allegation and today no one has appeared to assist him.

Keeping in view the contentions of learned counsel for the petitioner and the clarification given by learned State counsel, order of interim bail dated 23.07.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
