In that way, the trial is at the fag end and is likely to be concluded in near future. Therefore, there is no ground to allow regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the appeal. The petition in that regard stands dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to make earnest endeavours to conclude the trial promptly.
