Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant interest on payment of arrears due from actual promotion with effect from 17.08.2010. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the second respondent. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case the third respondent is directed to decide their pending legal notice, dated 15.04.2024, Annexure P-9, in a specified period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending legal notice, dated 15.04.2024, will be decided by the second respondent-Director General Higher Education Haryana, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within three months. 4.
