(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the learned trial Court to conclue the trial within a stipulated period in case No.SC/441/2022 in FIR No.202 dated 12.09.2020 under Sections 307, 323, 324, 452, 148, 149 IPC registered at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar Rural. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
