(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for seeking direction to the respondents No. 2 and 3 for conducting proper and fair investigation on the basis of allegations contained in the representation dated 13.08.2024 (Annexure P-2) made by the petitioner to the respondent No. 2 against private respondents. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from PSI Priyanka, has informed this Court that there can be no question of any threat by respondent No.4 to the petitioner or his family members in view of the fact that respondent No.4 was arrested on 14.08.2024 and being juvenile, has already been sent in Observation Home, Karnal. Moreover, on the basis of a complaint made by the petitioner, an FIR No. 189 under Sections 8 and 10 POCSO and 75(2) of BNSS, 2023 at Police Station DIVYANSHI 2024.09.06 16:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
