Chandigarh appears on advance notice and submits that complaint was wrongly addressed to respondent No.2 i.e. Station House Officer, Economic Wing, Sector 17, whereas the complaint was to be dealt with by Police Station Sector 39, Chandigarh. She submits that petitioner was informed about the position the compliant.
