An FIR No. 951 of 20.10.2021, is registered against the bail applicant - petitioner, at Police Station Sadar Hisar, District Hisar, constituting therein an offence under Section 21(B) of the NDPS Act. 2.
The bail applicant - accused is alleged to commit the afore offence.

Though, Mr. Pradeep Prakash Chahar, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, the learned State Counsel, submits that the weight of the relevant seizure falls in the category of less than commercial quantity thereof. However, he further submits, that since the bail applicant is a juvenile, thereupon, the instant petition is not maintainable before this Court, rather is maintainable before the learned Juvenile Justice Board concerned.

Given the afore made statement of the learned State Counsel, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the DINESH KUMAR 2021.12.01 16:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document present petition.

Permission granted. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, liberty is granted to the bail applicant to move an application for the relevant purpose before the Juvenile Justice Board concerned.
