Mr. Vikas Mohan Gupta, Advocate, for the appellant Service on respondents no.1 and 2 already dispensed with --- TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA , J. (Oral) As per office report, notices to respondents no.3 and 4 could not be issued as correct address of respondent no.3 and process fee have not been filed.

Today also a request for adjournment has been made for furnishing the correct address of respondents no.4 and process fee. On the last date of hearing, the following order was passed: As per office report, correct address of respondent No.4 has not been filed by learned counsel for the appellant and process fee for respondent No.3 has been received.

Despite last opportunity granted to effect service of respondents No.3 and 4 vide order dated 01.10.2019, no steps have been taken by learned counsel for the appellant. However, one last opportunity is granted to learned counsel for the appellant to furnish the correct address of respondent No.4 within three weeks from today.

On furnishing of the same, let fresh notice be issued to respondents No.3 and 4 for 05.12.2022.

Despite grant of last opportunity, the appellant has failed to furnish the process fee and correct address of respondent no 4 for service of respondents no.3 and 4. There is no justification to adjourn the case further. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
