Learned counsel for the appellant as well as respondent No.3Insurance Company are ad idem that the parties have since compromised the matter inasmuch as respondent No.3 has agreed to pay an amount of ₹17,00,000 (rupees seventeen lakh) including interest over and above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal vide impugned award. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that the said offer is acceptable to the appellant, however, it is prayed that the payment be made in a time bound manner.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off and the appellant is awarded ₹17,00,000 (rupees seventeen lakhs) including interest over and above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal. The appellant is directed to furnish his savings bank account details to respondent No.3 within a period of one week from today. Respondent No.3 is directed to deposit/transfer the said amount by way of NEFT/RTGS in the savings bank account of the appellant within a period of four weeks from today. 5.
