This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to register a FIR against respondents No. 5 to 7 for cheating, committing fraud and hatching conspiracy against the petitioner and directing respondent No. 1 to 3 for conducting fair and impartial investigation in the complaint dated 20.01.2025 (Annexure P-2) given by the petitioner against respondents No. 5 to 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioners have preferred a representation/complaint dated 20.01.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2- Director General of Police, Punjab Police Headquarters Sector-9, Chandigarh but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent Renu Rawat 2025.08.02 12.07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Mohali, Punjab to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 20.01.2025 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
