(Oral) This letters patent appeal is directed against the interim order dated 04.11.2016 vide which the appellant-Society's writ petition has been admitted and meanwhile it has been directed to implement the order passed by the State Education Services Tribunal in exercise of its statutory powers. Respondent No.2 is on caveat.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties. While the maintainability of this appeal itself is debatable as the order under appeal is neither interlocutory order nor final one, nevertheless taking into consideration the totality of circumstances, we dispose of this appeal with a direction to the Registry to list CWP 22751 of 2016 filed by the appellant-Society, for final hearing as per roster in the first week of March, 2017.
