(Oral) The petitioner through instant petition is seeking quashing of FIR No.188 dated 24.08.202 registered at Police Station City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur, under Sections 354-C, 506 IPC, Section 66(A), 67, 67(A), 67(B) IT Act, 2000 and Section 15 of POCSO Act, 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the FIR was registered on the complaint of the petitioner, however, she does not want to pursue the complaint and accordingly, FIR may be quashed. He seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
