**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.101 dated 18.05.2024 under Sections 406, 420 IPC registered at Police Station City Pehowa District Kurukshetra. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to take all appropriate remedies in accordance with law in the light of the fact that subsequent on 28.08.2024 whereby offence under Sections 467, 468 and 471 were added.

Prayer is accepted.
