(ORAL) On 17.11.2022, the appellant was directed to file an affidavit giving details of arrears of maintenance to be given to the child and mother and the case was adjourned for 06.02.2023. On 06.02.2023, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. On finding that order dated 17.11.2022 was not complied with, the case was further adjourned to 04.07.2023. On 04.07.2023, following order was passed:- 'There is no representation on behalf of the appellant. The order dated 17.11.2022 has also not been complied with.

Last opportunity is granted to learned counsel for the appellant to comply with the order dated 17.11.2022, failing which an appropriate order shall be passed on the next date of hearing. Adjourned to 04.10.2023.'
