The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the official respondents to transfer the investigation in FIR No.393, dated 30.06.2023, registered under Section 365 IPC at Police Station Old Industrial, Panipat to some other independent agency. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Fateh Singh submits that sincere efforts are being made to trace out the minor daughter of the petitioner and even FIR No.154, dated 05.07.2023, under Section 346 IPC has been got lodged by father of Rohit-respondent No.6. The police is inquiring into the matter and even forming of Special Investigation Team (SIT) headed by a Senior Police Officer can be considered.

The aforesaid satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.
