(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for quashing of FIR No.78 dated 18.04.2025 registered under Sections 3(5), 351(2), 353(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 3A of the Haryana Prevention Defacement of Property Act, 1989 at Police Station Ambala Sadar, District Ambala (Annexure P-1) and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to invoke alternative appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
