(Oral) The petitioners seek the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in a case bearing FIR No.218 dated 23.09.2021 under Sections 406, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC registered with Police Station Division No.8, Jalandhar.

The learned State counsel submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 04.04.2022 and are not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 04.04.2022 is made absolute.

However, the petitioners shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and they shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands disposed of.
