(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to ensure that gates and boundary wall are reconstructed at the disputed location as per the site plan initially approved by the Municipal Committee and to further direct the respondents to decide representations (Annexures P-4 and P-5), submitted by the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies before the RERA Authorities. 3.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
