1. Whether Reporters of Local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?

3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J . (Oral) This letters patent appeal is directed against the interim orders passed by the learned Single Judge in the pending writ petition. We have perused the orders dated 13.10.2016 as well as 18.11.2016 and are satisfied that there is no expression of opinion on the merits of the case and only an interim arrangement has been made. Since the main case is now listed for hearing before the learned Single Judge on 14.12.2016, we have no reason to doubt that all the contention being raised in this appeal will be duly considered by the learned Single Judge at the time of hearing of the writ petition.

For the reasons afore-stated the appeal stands dismissed. [SURYA KANT] JUDGE December 07, 2016 [SUDIP AHLUWALIA] mohinder JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned :
