The present revision petition has been filed by the tenant against the concurrent judgments of the Rent Controller as also the Appellate Authority directing the eviction of the petitioner from the demised premises in a Rent Petition filed by the respondent-landlord.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondent that possession of the revision petitioner has been stayed on condition of mesne profit at the rate of Rs.10,000/- per month. It is submitted that the said payment has not been made to the respondent. It is further submitted that accordingly the possession of the demised premises has been ARCHANA ARORA 2025.09.15 11:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CR- 4914 of 2022 (O&M) taken over by the respondent-landlord and accordingly; nothing survives in the present revision petition. 3.

Order sheet shows that none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing, even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, present revision petition is disposed of. However, in case, anything survives liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the same within a period of six weeks from today.
