**** SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J.(Oral) CM-16804-CWP-2023 Application no.CM-16804-CWP-2023 has been filed for impleadment of applicant/respondent No.3 as party respondent. The same is allowed, more so, as counsel for the petitioner does not object to the impleadment application.
Amended memo of parties is directed to be placed accordingly. CM-16805-CWP-2023 Application no.CM-16805-CWP-2023 is allowed and documents annexure R-3/1 to R-3/7 are taken on record.

CWP-19391-2023 (O&M) 2023:PHHC:127859
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous keeping in view the order dated 20.09.2023 passed by the respondents Annexure R-3/5 whereby the impugned order was cancelled by the Directorate of the Health and Family Welfare, Punjab.
3. Learned counsel for the newly impleaded respondent submits that the cancellation order also affects him.
4. Since the order passed by this Court on 02.09.2023 resulted in the cancellation of the order impugned, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The State having already withdrawn the order impugned, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
5. Since the impugned order has already been withdrawn by the respondents, application no.CM-16806-CWP-2023 for modification of the order passed by the Court does not require to be decided on merits and the same is accordingly dismissed.
6. All pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
7. It is made clear that dismissal of the present writ petition, however, will not, in any manner, affect the rights of the newly impleaded respondent who has already filed a separate writ petition. The same shall be heard independently on merits.
