(ORAL) This appeal is filed by the appellant-husband against the judgment and decree dated 06.02.2018 passed by the learned District Judge, Family Court, Faridkot by which petition filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolution of his marriage with the respondent-wife has been dismissed.

During the pendency of the appeal, the appellant was ordered to pay a sum of `25,000/- towards litigation expenses. Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the appellant is not in a position to pay the litigation expenses and, therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the appeal.
