***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.111 dated 02.09.2019, registered under Sections 21/29 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Sherpur, District Sangrur. Notice of motion was issued on 17.09.2019 by passing the following order:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and she has been implicated in the case on the basis of disclosure statement suffered by co-accused Paramjit Singh alias GEETA RANI 2020.01.08 17:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Notice of motion for 21.10.2019.

In the meanwhile, petitioner is directed to join the investigation and if she is sought to be arrested, she shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer subject to the conditions as envisaged in Section 438 sub Section 2 Clause (i) (ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure."

In compliance to the aforesaid order, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and undertakes to join further investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kashmir Singh states that her custodial interrogation is no more required in further investigation of the case. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, order dated 17.09.2019 is made absolute, however petitioner shall keep on abiding the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
