(Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of the anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in a case bearing FIR No.84 dated 18.08.2021 under Sections 380, 457 and 34 IPC and Section 411 IPC (added later on) registered with Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana (Rural), Punjab. On 03.12.2021, following order was passed by this Court:- "The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.
Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia relies on the issuance of notice and grant of interim protection to co-accused Satnam Singh @ Sony who has earlier approached this Court through CRM-M-45953-2021 Satnam Singh @ Sony vs State of Punjab.
Notice of motion.
Ms.Gunkirat Kaur, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and prays for time to argue the matter. Adjourned to 15.03.2022.
In the meanwhile, subject to the petitioner's joining investigation as and when called by the investigating agency as also abiding by the other conditions provided under Section SUKHPREET KAUR 2022.03.16 02:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

438 (2) Cr.P.C, in the event of his arrest in FIR No.84 dated 18.08.2021 registered under Sections 380, 457 and 34 IPC (Section 411 IPC added later on) at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana (Rural), he shall be released on ad interim anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. To be heard alongwith CRM-M-45953-2021."
However, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 03.12.2021 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
In this view of the matter, interim order dated 03.12.2021 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Petition stands disposed of.
