  This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR bearing No.190 dated 30.10.2020, registered under Section(s) 406, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga and all other proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she does not wish to press the present petition so as to take all pleas before the trial Court at an appropriate stage.

Disposed of as not pressed with the liberty as aforesaid.
