(ORAL) The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for quashing impugned orders dated 14.05.2018 and 04.07.2018 (Annexures P-2) passed by the trial Court whereby they have been declared as proclaimed persons, as the matter has been compromised between the parties vide compromise dated 14.06.2021 (Annexure P-4). Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No. 1-Parshant Sharma was arrested by the police on 17.02.2023.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter matter has been compromised between the parties and the petitioners have made the payment of entire agreed amount to respondent No. 2complainant and nothing remains due. Vide separate order of even date passed in CRM-M-50927RISHU KATARIA 2023.02.

CRM-M-51012-2021 -22021, the main FIR No. 0006 dated 07.01.2016 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City Sangrur and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, have been quashed. In view of the above and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the instant petition is also allowed and impugned orders dated 14.05.2018 and 04.07.2018 (Annexures P-2) passed by the trial Court declaring the petitioners as proclaimed persons are hereby quashed.
