(ORAL) The petitioner herein has sought the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.70 dated 15.06.2020 registered at Police Station Fattu Dhinga, District Kapurthala, under Sections 323, 324, 341, 427, 452, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, wherein the offence under Section 326 IPC is stated to have been deleted later-on vide DDR No.30 dated 26.10.2021 (Annexure P-5).

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Paramjit Singh from the above-said Police Station, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 13.12.2021 as passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined in the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required and he is also not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature and moreover, the Challan has already been presented before the competent Court.

In view of the above-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioner named Bhupinder Singh by this Court vide the said order dated 13.12.2021, is hereby made absolute.
