RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for issuance of directions to learned trial Court to allow the petitioner for appearing and conducting the proceedings before the learned trial Court through video conferencing in case FIR No.39, dated 23.04.2019, under Section 306 IPC, registered at Police Station City Rampura, District Bathinda, as petitioner is presently in England.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
