RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to the official respondent to look into the matter and proceed against the private respondents-accused person in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated 10.11.2021, Annexure P-2, is decided.

On the asking of the Court, Ms.Sakshi Bakshi, AAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Heard.

In view of the prayer made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, to look into the representation, dated 10.11.2021, Annexure P-2 and decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one month from today.
