(ORAL) The petitioner, through the instant petition is seeking setting aside of order dated 11.11.2021 whereby Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri has issued conditional warrants of arrest against the petitioner in a petition under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C.

The petitioner filed CRR(F)-980 of 2022 seeking setting aside of order dated 4.2.2020 whereby Principal Judge, Family Court, Yamuna Nagar has allowed maintenance of Rs. 15,000/- per month i.e. Rs. 10,000/- per month to respondent No. 1 and Rs. 5,000/- per month to respondent No. 2-minor son of the petitioner. In that case, the petitioner undertook to clear 50% of the outstanding dues of maintenance qua son before the adjourned date and remaining dues within six months from the date of order. In spite of undertaking, the PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.03.24 18:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

2023:PHHC:044348 CRR(F)-979 of 2022(O&M) -2petitioner did not clear outstanding dues qua son. Thus, left with no other option, this Court vide even dated order has dismissed said petition.

In view of act and conduct of the petitioner and in view of dismissal of CRR(F)-980 of 2022, the present petition deserves to be dismissed on merits as well delay and accordingly dismissed.
