Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has some money dispute with respondent No.4 at Ferozepur, who is now moving application before SHO, Police Station Pasiana, District Patiala and SHO, P.S. Pasiana is calling her time and again to Patiala in order to harass her. Representation (Annexure P-3) in this regard has been made to Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to look into the representation (Annexure P-3) of petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that the above order will not be interpreted as providing protection to petitioner from any action taken in any civil, criminal or any other proceedings initiated/pending against her in accordance with law.
