After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitionerCollege submit that the petitioner- College intends to approach the Director Higher Education, Punjab that the Administrator of the petitionerCollege should be removed and the management of the petitioner- College be handed over to the duly elected Managing Committee and the petitionerCollege will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the claim of the petitioner- College by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 2.
Notice of motion.

Mr. Rahul Rampal, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State. 4.
Learned counsel for the respondents-State submits that in case, any such representation is received by the competent authority to decide the issue as to whether Administrator of the petitioner-College is to be removed and the management of the petitioner- College be handed over to the duly
CWP-20371-2025 (O&M) elected Managing Committee, the same will be examined keeping in view the facts and evidence brought before the competent authority and an appropriate speaking order will be passed by the authority concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 5.
Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that in case, the claim of the petitioner-college is found feasible to be accepted, an appropriate order will be passed and in case the same is not found feasible to be accepted, detailed reasons for rejecting the claim of the petitioner-college will be mentioned in the speaking order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-college submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a fresh representation with authority concerned as stated herein before. 7.
Ordered accordingly.
