The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 21.05.2025 passed by this Court in CRWP-4004-2025.

This Court had issued the following directions in CRWP-40042025, vide its order dated 21.05.2025:- "35. The Ministry of Home Affairs has assessed the nature of threat to the petitioner and the report has been duly communicated to the State of Haryana. The concerned department is directed to take swift action towards providing protection to the petitioner and his family, in accordance with the central government's report dated 13.05.2025."

In compliance of the order dated 21.05.2025 passed by this Court in CRWP-4004-2025, compliance report by way of affidavit dated 07.11.2025 of SI Harish Chander, Station House Officer, Police Station Adampur, along with Annexures R-1 & R-2, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.3 before the Registry. The same is taken on record. The relevant portion of the said compliance report is reproduced as under:- "8.
That apart from regular patrolling a gun man has been deployed in the security of petitioner and his family members by the Superintendent of Police, Hisar on 31.07.2025 and the same is still continue in the security of the petitioner and his family members."

In view of the above, since order dated 21.05.2025 passed by this Court in CRWP-4004-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.
