The orders under challenge in the present writ petition are appealable under the statute. The alternative remedy so provided has not been availed. The primary reason for filing of the present writ petition, without availing the alternative remedy, is that the limitation for filing of appeal has expired.

Since various factual issues are also raised in the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of appeal. The writ petition in such circumstances is not entertained and is dismissed.
