On 02.05.2025 the following order was passed : 'Present IOIN has been put up for service of the respondents.

There is no report of service of the respondents. Despite the counsel for the appellant being informed, the process fee was not filed and hence, notice could not be issued to the respondents. In view thereof, let notice be issued to the appellant, returnable 17.09.2025'.

Since none had appeared on behalf of the appellant, notice was issued to the appellant. As per the Office report, notice issued to the appellant has since been received back unserved with the report the address is incomplete. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service on the appellant except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and AMAN JAIN 2025.09.18 10:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

FAO-2087-2018 (O&M) -2in the award passed by the Tribunal. Accordingly, the main case itself is taken on Board today and IOIN stands disposed off.

On the previous date, i.e. 02.05.2025, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant and accordingly notice was issued to the appellant. As per the Office report, notice issued to the appellant has since been received back unserved with the report the address is incomplete. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service on the appellant except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the award passed by the Tribunal. Today again no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
