-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) The instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India with the limited prayer that the appeal which is pending before respondent No.2-Additional Registrar Coop. Societies (I), Punjab be decided expeditiously.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State has informed the Court that the matter is being heard on merits and the next date is fixed for 29.07.2022.

In view of the statement made by the counsel appearing for the respondent-State, this Court finds that nothing survives for consideration in the instant writ petition and the same has become infructuous. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. However, it would be expected of the Appellate Authority to conclude the matter as expeditiously as possible.
