(Oral) The State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurdial Singh has apprised the Court that the petitioner who has approached this Court for seeking concession of anticipatory bail has already been declared proclaimed offender by the trial Court vide order dated 30.8.2022. In this regard the State counsel produced the copy of intimation dated 7.09.2022 sent by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Batala to the In-charge P.O. Wing Gurdaspur, the copy of the same is retained on the record. Faced with the present situation, the counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to challenge the PUNEET CHAWLA 2022.10.14 17:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

The prayer is not opposed by the State counsel. In view of the above, instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
