At the asking of Court, Mr. Jaypreet Singh, DAG, Punjab has caused appearance on behalf of respondent no.1/State. At this stage, Mr. Atinderpal Singh, Advocate has caused appearance on behalf of respondent no.2.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 has submitted that there is no settlement in vogue between the parties at the instance of respondent no.2.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage with liberty to file afresh, in case, cause of action so ensues. Ordered accordingly.
