***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Pursuant to order dated 25.8.2024 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, a Warrant Officer was appointed, who has submitted his report to the effect that he had conducted raid at the nominated premises and that detenue - Gaurav Goyal was found to be illegally detained at the farm-house of respondent No.6 and that he got him released. Learned counsel for the petitioner has endorsed the fact that the detenue - Gaurav Goyal stands released. He has also informed that as a matter of fact FIR has also been lodged against respondents No.5 and 6.
