The present contempt petition has been filed alleging deliberate and intentional disobedience of the order dated 22.09.2022 passed in CWP-218922022, whereby the respondents were directed to take steps to fill up the vacant posts as per advertisement and benefits of the performance be given to the candidates on the waiting list, as per merits, in accordance with law, provided ofcourse, if posts remained unfilled during the subsistence of the waiting list and are vacant even today, within a period of 30 days. 2.

Learned State counsel contends that in compliance of order dated 22.09.2022, compliance report by way of affidavit of Dr. Manish Bansal, Director General Health Services, Haryana dated 06.08.2025 along with speaking order dated 03.11.2022 has been filed in the registry, which is taken on record. A perusal of compliance report reveals that the order dated 22.09.2022 has been duly complied with.
