1. Whether reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. To be referred to the reports or not?

3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the digest? ***** RAJIVE BHALLA, J.

The appellant is aggrieved, by part of order dated 08.12.2015 imposing costs of `75,000/- while allowing the writ petition, and granting an opportunity to the appellant to lead evidence. We have heard counsel for the appellant and find no reason to interfere, particularly, as the appellant's grouse that adequate opportunity was not granted to lead evidence, has been allowed. The fact, that some of the opportunities for leading evidence fell on the dates when the Presiding Officer OMKAR SINGH 2016.01.15 16:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

LPA No.29 of 2016 [2] was transferred or a Presiding Officer was not posted, may be relevant but as the workman was not at fault, the discretion exercised while imposing costs, in our considered opinion, cannot be interfered with much less by deleting or reducing costs.

Dismissed.
