Seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondents no.2 and 3 on the ground of violation of bail order, petitioner-complainant has come up before this Court under Section 483 BNSS, 2023.

Counsel for the respondents no.2 and 3 submits that he has instructions to undertake on behalf of respondents no.2 and 3-accused that they will not issue any threats to the petitioner-complainant or hamper the trial/evidence in any manner. He further submits that even otherwise, the trial is at the fag end. 3.
Given the undertaking given on behalf of respondents no.2 and 3, counsel for the petitioner-complainant seeks withdrawal of the present petition. 4.
Given above, the present petition is disposed of, having been withdrawn. It is clarified that in case the petitioner-complainant misuses his position and level false allegations, the respondents-accused may approach the concerned Police Station.
