(ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226/227of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the appointment order dated 07.11.2012 (Annexure P-3), vide which, respondent No.3 has been appointed as Associate Consultant (IEC) without any advertisement.

Concededly, in pursuance to advertisement dated 01.03.2012, appointment was made vide appointment letter dated 07.11.2012 (Annexure P-3). The present writ petition is bereft of any particulars that during all this period, cause of action, according to petitioner, arises only on 25.03.2019, when information under Right to Information Act, was sought, which was supplied in the month of March 2019. After receipt of information on the basis of application under RTI Act, submitted in February 2019, period of limitation beyond three years cannot be condoned. No ground is made out for interference. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed.
