(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing/setting aside the order dated 27.08.2019 (Annexure P-12) based on the recovery circular dated 05.09.2016 (Annexure P-4); along with certain other prayers.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous because the impugned order stands withdrawn by the respondents.
The counsel for the respondents has also not disputed the aforesaid fact.
In view of the above, the petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
