Present revision petition has been filed by one of the claimant in the claim petition (MACP/841/2019), filed under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (for brevity, 'the Act'), for seeking direction to the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (in short 'Ld. Tribunal'), to decide the application for impleading the driver, owner and insurer of the vehicle bearing registration No. HR58-A-4291, within some specified time. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application filed by the claimant is pending adjudication before the Ld. Tribunal since February, 2022. It has been submitted by learned counsel that on account of pendency of the said application, proceedings before the Ld. Tribunal are being delayed, as there is no decision taken by the Ld. Tribunal on the aforesaid application filed by the Insurance Company. 3.

Believing the statement to be correct, as addressed by learned counsel for the petitioner, I hereby dispose of present revision petition by directing the Ld. Tribunal to decide the application, pending before it, within JAWALA RAM 2023.09.06 16:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
