In deference to the order dated October 18, 2016, YMCA University of Science and Technology has reconsidered the matter and the Vice Chancellor has very graciously agreed to admit the appellant in Ph.D. Course in the Session 2017-18. In this view of the matter, nothing survives in this appeal, which is disposed of as infructuous.
