RFA-1190-2015 (O&M) & other connected matters ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) CM-2289-CI-2015 in RFA-1190-2015:
This is an application for condonation of delay of 298 days in filing the accompanying appeal.
For the reason set out in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Consequently, the delay of 298 days in filing the accompanying appeal is condoned.
RFA-1190-2015 (O&M):
Vide this order, I shall decide a batch of 142 appeals preferred by the State of Haryana and 15 cross-objections filed therein by the claimant/landowners.
Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the order and judgment, dated 24.05.2017, rendered by this Court in RFA No. 1854 of 2015, titled "State of Haryana and others v. Ram Kaur". Therefore, these appeals and cross-objections be disposed of in terms of the said decision.
