Pursuant to the order dated 03.10.2024, an affidavit has been filed by the petitioner stating therein that expenses incurred on OPD are not reimbursable and only when there is hospitalization for more than 24 hours that the benefits of the medical policy can be claimed by the petitioner. 2.

Custody of the minor child has already been handed over to the respondent-mother as noticed in the order dated 25.09.2024. Even the issue of interim visitation right has been taken care of vide order dated 25.09.2024.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that in view of the order dated 25.09.2024, the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
